Project overview
Intended market
Creators, studios, marketers, entrepreneurs and digital-production teams that need an integrated workflow for AI-assisted script, character, voice, image, video, editing, publishing and project management.
Engineering responsibility
Full-stack creator-platform architecture; AI generation orchestration; asynchronous job processing; media storage; authentication; billing; project/editor workflows; social publishing; deployment and observability engineering.
Problem or opportunity
Modern AI content production often requires separate tools for scripting, characters, speech, images, video generation, editing, project storage and publishing. Pro Creator Pro is designed to consolidate those stages into one production environment with repeatable project workflows.
Objectives
- Unify AI-assisted script, image, voice and video production
- Support both automated and manual creator workflows
- Provide reusable characters and project libraries
- Process long-running generation tasks asynchronously
- Track credits, subscriptions and transaction activity
- Support publishing and social distribution workflows
- Provide production deployment, monitoring and storage architecture
Challenges and constraints
- AI media generation jobs can be long-running and provider-dependent
- Large media artifacts require scalable storage outside the application process
- Creator workflows need recoverable project state across multiple production stages
- Billing and credits must remain synchronized with expensive generation workloads
- Multiple AI providers and generation modes require controlled routing and fallback behaviour
Engineering approach
The repository separates a Next.js creator frontend from a FastAPI service layer and uses Celery plus Redis for asynchronous generation tasks. PostgreSQL/SQLModel manage persistent state, S3-compatible storage handles media assets, provider-routing services coordinate AI generation, and Docker/Caddy deployment assets support production hosting.

Engineering decisions
Use asynchronous Celery workers for generation workloads
Reason: AI voice, image and video generation can exceed normal request-response timing.
Engineering benefit: Long-running media production is separated from interactive API requests.
Use storage abstraction for local or S3-compatible backends
Reason: Generated media artifacts can be large and deployment environments differ.
Engineering benefit: Media persistence can move between local development and production object storage.
Separate creator frontend and FastAPI backend
Reason: Interactive UI workflows and media-production orchestration have different runtime requirements.
Engineering benefit: Frontend and generation services can scale and evolve independently.
Use provider-routing services
Reason: Generation features depend on multiple AI/media capabilities and provider configurations.
Engineering benefit: Provider selection and fallback logic remain centralized rather than scattered across UI code.

Challenge, response, outcome
Long-running AI generation can block ordinary web requests.
Response: Generation work is delegated to Celery workers through Redis.
Verified outcome: The architecture separates interactive requests from asynchronous production processing.
Generated video, image and audio files can exceed practical application-server storage limits.
Response: The storage layer supports S3-compatible object storage and MinIO for local environments.
Verified outcome: Media persistence is decoupled from the web application filesystem.
A creator may need both automated production and granular manual control.
Response: The product implements Auto-Create, Manual-Create and editor-oriented workflows.
Verified outcome: Different production styles can operate within the same project environment.
Security and reliability
- JWT-based authentication primitives
- Password hashing with bcrypt/passlib
- Tenant-aware request architecture
- Rate-limit controls in production configuration
- Production secrets support through environment/file/AWS secret sources
- Prometheus metrics and optional Grafana/Alertmanager deployment assets
Performance and scalability
Celery workers and Redis queues separate long-running generation jobs from the interactive API. The production deployment supports independent frontend, backend and worker services, PostgreSQL persistence and external object storage.
User experience
The creator UI exposes automated and manual production paths, project/editor workflows, character creation, playback, downloads, publishing, billing and transaction controls from one workspace.

Engineering insights
A production-oriented AI media platform needs more than model calls. Durable project state, job orchestration, storage, billing, provider routing and recovery paths are essential parts of the product architecture.
