FINE Health — Frontier Integrated Network for eHealth — is a connected healthcare platform designed to digitally integrate patients, medical professionals, pharmacies and delivery services within a unified healthcare ecosystem. The platform architecture is centred around a Patient → Doctor → Pharmacy → Delivery workflow and is designed to support remote consultations, electronic prescriptions, pharmacy fulfilment, healthcare delivery, professional verification and secure healthcare administration. FINE Health also introduces AI as a research partner for medical professionals, providing intelligent technological support while maintaining qualified healthcare professionals at the centre of clinical decision-making.
The problem
Connected healthcare requires patient, clinician, prescription, pharmacy, consent, audit, identity and financial workflows to share a coherent security and data-governance foundation without allowing preview interfaces to bypass clinical or privacy controls.
The solution
FINE Health is being implemented as a TypeScript healthcare platform with a Next.js patient and clinician experience, shared versioned contracts, deny-by-default authorization, tenant isolation, consent and credentialing controls, tamper-evident audit primitives, PostgreSQL row-level security and guarded clinical, prescription and financial domain foundations. Current user-facing care workflows remain synthetic previews and live clinical actions remain disabled pending approved identity, integration and governance gates.
